The Details That Matter

Booking & Payment
  • Reserve Your Date: A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract secures your spot.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

  • We Accept: Zelle, Venmo, Check, Cash, and all major Credit Cards.

Travel
  • Complimentary: Free travel within a 20-mile radius of the Mission District, SF.

  • Fees: 21-50 miles: $75 | 51-75 miles: $150

Venue Requirements
  • Space: A clear, level 10'x10' area is required to accommodate installation of the enclosed booth and ensure guest comfort.The final footprint is roughly 6.5’x4’

  • Power: Access to a standard 110V power outlet within 15 feet.

  • Wi-Fi: Reliable venue Wi-Fi is required for the instant QR code sharing feature.

  • Logistics: A $100 logistics fee applies for venues requiring the use of stairs for load-in.

  • Idle Time: A $75/hour fee applies for any periods the booth is set up but not actively in use at the clients request.

Tax & Cancellation
  • Sales Tax: All services are subject to the sales tax rate of the event's specific location.

  • Cancellation: The retainer is forfeited upon cancellation less than 9 months from the event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event require payment of the full package cost.
