We handle booth setup and breakdown. Your venue provides the agreed space, power and access; setup and collection are scheduled separately from guest-use hours.
- During your booking
- The booth is self-service, with on-call support throughout the booked operating hours. Unlimited sessions are included, with two 2 × 6-inch strips per session. A dedicated booth host is an optional addition; ask for it in your quote.
- Space & access
- Plan for a clear, level 10 × 10 ft area. Standard access is level or via a suitable elevator, with an agreed loading route. Tell us about stairs or tight doorways before we quote.
- Power & connection
- Provide a dedicated, grounded 110V outlet within 15 ft of the setup area. Digital delivery also needs an upload connection for the booth and internet access for guests.
- Setup & collection
- Allow venue access for two hours before guest use and two hours after it ends. We’ll confirm the access windows, any decoration time and a venue contact before booking.
Outdoor setups need overhead weather protection and a solid, level surface. We assess the site and confirm the exact space, power and access requirements for your booth before booking.

Before you reserve, your written booking agreement sets out the operating hours, selected options, venue responsibilities, payment and cancellation terms.
Booking your date
- A 50% booking payment goes toward your total.
- Your remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Bookings made within seven days require full payment at booking.
- You can transfer your booking once to an available date within 12 months of the original date.
- Cancel in writing: 14 calendar days or more before the event, the cancellation charge is up to 50% of the agreed service price; fewer than 14 days, up to 100%.
- Cancellation charges cannot exceed documented, legally recoverable losses after crediting avoided expenses and replacement bookings that reduce the loss. Your booking payment counts toward the charge; an unpaid balance may still be due.
Travel & final booking details
For venues over 20 and up to 50 miles from 94110, the three-hour starting total is $1,370, including $75 travel. Over 50 and up to 75 miles, it is $1,445, including $150 travel. Beyond 75 miles, ask for a quote. We’ll confirm your complete venue-specific price before you book.
