Handbuilt in San Francisco, our enclosed festival booth brings people together, with UV-reactive artwork that glows under blacklight.

From the outfits to the friends you find along the way, there is a lot worth remembering. Step inside, draw the curtain and take home a photo strip with your festival’s branding.

Get everyone in the picture.

Our booths can fit up to eight adults. Get your group together, close the curtain and choose black and white or color. The printed strips carry your festival’s branding, so guests leave with a little piece of the weekend.

A copy for your phone, too.

Guests can also get a digital copy by QR code. The booth needs internet to upload, and guests need internet to open their photos. We’ll confirm what’s possible with the connection at your event.

Three years at Same Same But Different.

Bhoto Booth has been part of Same Same But Different for three consecutive years, from 2024 through 2026, and has also been at Polarpalooza. We’ve also brought our handbuilt booths to weddings and parties with up to 500 guests.

A booth that fits your event.

For organizer-funded rentals, guests can use the booth for free. Guest-paid arrangements can also be negotiated. Tell us about your festival, dates and audience, and we’ll work through the right arrangement together.

Planning the setup

A crew of three to four people handles setup and teardown. During the event, the booth operates automatically, with periodic checks and paper reloads.

We’ll discuss your site, access, space, power, operating schedule and connectivity before agreeing the plan. Digital delivery needs an upload connection for the booth and internet access for guests.

Your site plan needs a solid, level setup surface and suitable overhead weather protection. We agree loading access, setup and collection windows, power and a site contact for the specific deployment.

How we use inquiry details

Bhoto Booth uses your contact details and message to answer your inquiry and discuss your event or project. The website sends your inquiry through our hosting and existing Google email account. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Our policy is to delete unbooked inquiries 12 months after the last contact; booked-client and accounting records are handled separately. For questions about your inquiry details, contact info@bhotobooth.com.

The form does not add you to a mailing list or create a public gallery. Hosting request logs and short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit records help protect the form. Our email and hosting providers may also retain operational records under their own retention settings.
