A permanent installation for a bar, a booth for your venue or a machine with a particular look: the brief starts with how it will be used.

We’ll discuss your idea, agree on the design and quote, then work through fabrication, testing and handover. Share your budget and target date so we can assess the scope and timing together.

I’m a mechanical engineer and arcade mechanic in San Francisco. I design, build and maintain Bhoto Booth’s machines.

Help after handover.

I offer as-needed remote troubleshooting under a separate service agreement after handover or the included setup-support period. We agree the covered system, support time, fees and response arrangements before work begins.

What I can help with
Remote diagnosis and configuration guidance for the Bhoto-supplied setup. Support can be arranged for a specific issue or as ongoing cover.
What you provide
A working internet connection, authorized remote access when needed, and someone on site for physical checks or adjustments.
What we agree separately
On-site visits, replacement parts, upgrades and work on other suppliers’ equipment. A response time is not a guaranteed repair time; emergency or after-hours cover is only included if expressly agreed.

Your contact details and message will be emailed to the Bhoto team to answer your inquiry. Please leave out sensitive information.

How we use inquiry details

Bhoto Booth uses your contact details and message to answer your inquiry and discuss your event or project. The website sends your inquiry through our hosting and existing Google email account. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Our policy is to delete unbooked inquiries 12 months after the last contact; booked-client and accounting records are handled separately. For questions about your inquiry details, contact info@bhotobooth.com.

The form does not add you to a mailing list or create a public gallery. Hosting request logs and short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit records help protect the form. Our email and hosting providers may also retain operational records under their own retention settings.
